Terms and conditions

Tickets

All tickets must be purchased through Skiddle, the official ticketing partner for Tn90s Festival. Upon successful purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tickets will be issued in digital format only and will be emailed to purchasers before the event. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct and that tickets have been received prior to arrival.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised sellers or third parties.

Refunds and Event Changes

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued if a ticket holder is unable to attend the event for any reason, including illness, travel disruption, work commitments, personal circumstances, or any other matter beyond the organiser’s control.

Tn90s Festival reserves the right to amend the event programme at any time, including the addition, withdrawal, substitution, or rescheduling of artists, attractions, activities, and event timings, without liability or compensation.

Refunds will only be considered if the event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled due to circumstances solely within the organiser’s control. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, interruptions, delays, or changes resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, or any other event beyond the organiser’s reasonable control.

Where appropriate, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date or future event at the organiser’s discretion.

Ticket Fraud and Unauthorised Sales

Only tickets purchased through Skiddle or an authorised sales channel are valid.

Any ticket that has been resold without authorisation, altered, duplicated, forged, stolen, obtained fraudulently, or purchased from an unauthorised source may be cancelled without notice. Entry will be refused, and no refund will be provided.

Admission and Conduct

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event without refund where, in the reasonable opinion of the organiser, security staff, or venue management, that person’s behaviour may:

  • Cause danger, injury, damage, nuisance, or annoyance to others;
  • Compromise the safety, security, or enjoyment of the event;
  • Breach these Terms & Conditions; or
  • Fail to comply with instructions issued by event staff, security personnel, emergency services, or venue representatives.

All attendees must wear their event wristband at all times while on site. Lost, removed, damaged, or tampered wristbands will be invalid and may result in removal from the event.

Re-entry is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of event security and management.

Security Searches

As a condition of entry, all attendees consent to security searches of their person, bags, clothing, vehicles, and possessions.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who declines a search or is found in possession of prohibited items. Prohibited items may be confiscated and disposed of without compensation.

Age Restrictions

Tn90s Festival is a strictly 18+ event.

No persons under the age of 18 will be admitted to the event under any circumstances, including if accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

All attendees may be required to provide valid photographic identification upon entry. Accepted forms of identification include a valid passport, valid UK or EU driving licence (full or provisional), PASS-accredited proof of age card, Ministry of Defence identity card, or a national identity card recognised by the EU.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who is unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested. No refund will be issued to ticket holders who are refused entry for failing to meet the age requirement or provide valid identification.

Accessibility and Carer Tickets

One complimentary carer ticket may be provided with the purchase of a full-price admission ticket for eligible attendees requiring assistance.

Applications must be made in advance and supported by appropriate documentation. The organiser reserves the right to determine eligibility and request additional evidence where necessary.

Photography, Filming and Recording

By entering the event site, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, broadcast, editorial, and commercial purposes.

All rights in such recordings are owned by the organiser and may be used without payment, notification, or further consent.

Personal Property and Vehicles

Attendees enter and park vehicles at their own risk.

The organiser, venue, contractors, and partners accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, caravans, campervans, trailers, tents, or any other belongings brought onto or left at the event site.
