Tickets
All tickets should be purchased through Skiddle who provide the ticket box office for TN90’s festival. An email will be sent to confirm your purchase of ticket. Tickets will be automatically emailed to you prior to the event and all tickets will be sent in a digital format.
Refunds
TN90’s festival cannot offer refunds for reasons beyond our control, this includes if you are no longer able to attend the festival due to personal reasons.TN90s’s Festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation. Refunds will only be offered if the festival is cancelled due to the event organiser not being able to run. Alternatively, the ticket may be extended to the following year.
Ticket Touts/Fake Tickets/Authorised Sellers
Please note that advanced e-tickets are only available via the box office. If your ticket is a fake/stolen e-ticket purchase, TN90’s festival has the right to decline entry into the festival.
Admission terms
The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the festival organiser and staff.
All people entering the TN90’s festival site must be aged 18 or over. On entry to the festival, all ticket holders will receive a wristband which should be visible at all times whilst on the festival site. Once entry has been gained, re-entry is at the discretion of the security staff and only allowed in exceptional circumstances. Bag searches will take place on entry and security staff withhold the right to decline entry to the TN90’s festival site or seize prohibited items from the owner.
One free carer ticket is valid per purchase of a general entry ticket to support those with disabilities. To activate this free ticket, you will need to contact TN90’s support team or the Skiddle support team with proof of your carer’s position.
Ticket holders’ consent to inclusion in photographic, visual, and audio promotion of the Festival.
Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, where applicable from vehicles, caravans, tents, trailers, and camper vans.
Bag searches
Valid ID
TN90’s Festival is strictly 18+, the following will be accepted as valid forms of ID:
- Valid passport
- Valid full driving license or provisional license
- Proof of age card bearing a pass hologram
- Ministry of defence identity card
- National identity card recognised by the EU
What you can and cannot bring
- No animals (except assistance dogs) are allowed anywhere within the TN90’s festival site.
- No alcohol, food or drink can be brought into and within the TN90’s festival site.
- An empty, refillable water bottle is allowed into and within the TN90’s festival site, there will be refillable water stations available onsite.
- No glass, sharp objects or aerosol cans are permitted into and within the TN90’s festival site.
- Foldable chairs and picnic blankets are allowed into and within the TN90’s festival site. However, these are not to be placed in front of the lighting tent.
- Prescribed medications and EpiPen’s are allowed into and within the TN90’s festival site but must be stored in their original, labelled packaging.
